Guests never pay. Hosts pay for an event’s size, once, through Apple. There’s no subscription, no per-match fee and no separate charge for custom questions.

Your own questions, saved templates, the check-in code, invitations and posters, live controls, safety reports, results, and unlimited matching rounds during the event.
Free forever
Templates are free to create, edit and reuse. Guests never pay. An event of up to 10 people costs nothing, and it’s a real event.
How places are counted.
One phone, one place
Each different phone that joins uses one place, across the whole event.
Rejoining is free
Someone who leaves and scans back in on the same phone doesn’t use another place.
Leaving doesn’t free a place
If someone goes home, their place doesn’t pass to a new arrival. Choose a size that allows for this.
Each event has its own payment
Running a format again creates a new event with a new payment. Nothing renews by itself.
Before you buy.
250 is the current limit
Start with a rehearsal, then 50 to 100 people, before you fill a bigger room.
You can’t change size after buying
A paid event can’t move to a different paid size, so round up if you’re not sure.
Apple handles refunds
Purchases and refunds go through Apple. A refund removes the event’s paid capacity, and a live event can be paused.
TestFlight is free
Purchases in the TestFlight beta aren’t charged, and they don’t carry over to the App Store version.
